### المشكلة الأولى: الخصوصية

أول ما تضيف ١٠٠ عميل في جروب، الـ١٠٠ دول بيشوفوا أرقام بعض. منافسك اللي دخل الجروب باسم عميل بقى عنده قائمة عملائك كاملة. والعميل اللي ما وافقش يظهر رقمه للناس بقى ليه حق شرعي يزعل.

في مصر، قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ بيتعامل مع رقم الموبايل كبيانات شخصية. كشفه لأطراف تانية من غير موافقة مخالفة، مش مجرد سوء تنظيم.

### المشكلة التانية: الضوضاء

- **أي عضو بيرد، الكل بيتبلّغ.** سؤال واحد بيولّد ٥٠ إشعار لناس مالهاش دعوة.
- **الشكوى بتبقى علنية.** عميل متضايق بيكتب قدام الكل — وبيتحوّل لموجة.
- **الخروج سهل ومرئي.** «فلان غادر المجموعة» رسالة سلبية بتشوفها بقية القائمة.

### المشكلة التالتة: مفيش قياس

### Problem one: privacy

The moment you add 100 customers to a group, all 100 can see each other’s numbers. A competitor who joined as a customer now has your full client list. And a customer who never agreed to expose their number has a legitimate reason to be angry.

In Egypt, Personal Data Protection Law 151 of 2020 treats a mobile number as personal data. Disclosing it to third parties without consent is a violation, not just untidy organisation.

### Problem two: noise

- **Every reply notifies everyone.** One question generates 50 notifications for people who did not ask.
- **Complaints become public.** An upset customer writes in front of everyone, and it snowballs.
- **Leaving is easy and visible.** “X left the group” is a negative signal the rest of the list sees.

### Problem three: no measurement

A group does not tell you how many read, how many engaged, or which message worked. You operate on instinct. Official broadcast gives you [delivery and read numbers per campaign](https://wbots.app/analytics), so you can compare and improve.

- **Each customer receives an individual message.** They see nobody, and nobody sees them.
- **Replies land in your inbox** as separate conversations, routed to your team.
