- **تحذير:** إشعار من ميتا إن فيه مشكلة. فرصتك تصلّح قبل التصعيد.
- **تقييد مؤقت:** تقليل حد الإرسال أو إيقاف مؤقت.
- **حظر دائم:** الرقم بيتوقف نهائيًا عن الخدمة.

### الأسباب الأكتر شيوعًا

- **الإرسال لناس ما وافقتش.** قوائم مشتراة أو أرقام مجمّعة من غير إذن.

### لو اتحظرت — تعمل إيه؟

- **١. اعرف نوع الإجراء.** تحذير ولا تقييد ولا حظر دائم — كل واحد ليه تعامل مختلف.
- **٢. وقّف الإرسال فورًا.** الاستمرار بيأكد المشكلة.
- **٣. اعرف السبب.** راجع آخر حملة: بعتّ لمين؟ منين جبت الأرقام؟ إيه المحتوى؟
- **٤. قدّم اعتراض.** ميتا بتوفّر مسار اعتراض. اكتب بوضوح وصراحة، ووضّح إيه اللي هتغيّره.
- **٥. استنى الرد.** ما تحاولش تفعّل الرقم على أداة تانية — ده بيسوء الموقف.
كن واقعي: الاعتراض مش مضمون، خصوصًا مع الحظر الدائم أو تكرار المخالفة. أي حد يوعدك باسترجاع مضمون بيبيعلك وهم.

### الوقاية

- **اشتغل رسمي.** ده بيشيل السبب الأول للحظر.
- **ابنِ قائمتك بموافقة.** عملاء تعاملوا معاك فعلًا أو وافقوا صراحةً.
- **ابدأ صغير.** دفعات صغيرة والحد بيزيد تلقائيًا.
- **سهّل الإلغاء.** الإلغاء أرحم بكتير من الحظر لتقييمك.
- **راقب تقييم الجودة.** لو نزل للأصفر، وقّف وراجع.

### The types of action

- **Warning:** a notice from Meta that something is wrong. Your chance to fix it before escalation.
- **Temporary restriction:** a reduced sending limit or a temporary pause.
- **Permanent ban:** the number stops working entirely.

### The most common causes

- **Messaging people who never consented.** Purchased lists or numbers scraped without permission.
- **Too many reports.** When a meaningful share hit “block” or “report”, your rating drops fast.
- **Policy-breaching content.** Restricted products or misleading claims.
- **A sudden spike in sending.** A new number blasting thousands looks exactly like spam.

### If you’re banned — what to do

- **1. Identify the action.** Warning, restriction or permanent ban — each is handled differently.
- **2. Stop sending immediately.** Continuing only confirms the problem.
- **3. Find the cause.** Review your last campaign: who did you message, where did the numbers come from, what did it say?
- **4. Submit an appeal.** Meta provides an appeal route. Write clearly and honestly, and state what you’ll change.
- **5. Wait for the response.** Don’t try to activate the number on another tool — that makes it worse.
Be realistic: an appeal isn’t guaranteed, especially for permanent bans or repeat breaches. Anyone promising guaranteed recovery is selling you an illusion.

### Prevention

- **Operate officially.** That removes the single biggest cause.
- **Build your list on consent.** Customers who actually dealt with you or explicitly opted in.
- **Start small.** Small batches; the limit rises on its own.
- **Make opting out easy.** An unsubscribe is far kinder to your rating than a block.
- **Watch your quality rating.** If it drops to yellow, stop and review.
