### يعني إيه Opt-in؟

الموافقة المسبقة: العميل وافق صراحةً إنك تبعتله رسايل على واتساب. ميتا بتشترطها قبل أي رسالة إنت اللي بتبدأها — والمخالفة بتعرّض رقمك [للتقييد أو الحظر](https://wbots.app/blog-whatsapp-number-banned).

إن العميل اشترى منك قبل كده مش معناه تلقائيًا إنه وافق يستقبل رسايل تسويقية. الموافقة لازم تكون واضحة.

### طرق جمع الموافقة

- **خانة اختيار عند الطلب.** «عايز أستقبل تحديثات طلبي على واتساب» — أوضح وأسهل طريقة.
- **نموذج على موقعك.** مع جملة صريحة توضّح هيوصله إيه وكل قد إيه.
- **زر واتساب على الموقع.** لما العميل يبدأ المحادثة بنفسه، دي موافقة ضمنية على الرد — بس مش على التسويق.
- **إعلانات Click-to-WhatsApp.** العميل هو اللي بيفتح المحادثة.
- **QR في المحل.** العميل بيمسحه بإرادته.

### الموافقة السليمة لازم تكون

- **صريحة:** إجراء إيجابي من العميل، مش خانة متعلّمة سلفًا.
- **واضحة:** يعرف هيستقبل إيه — تحديثات طلبات ولا عروض؟
- **موثّقة:** سجّل إمتى ومن فين جت الموافقة.
- **قابلة للسحب:** يقدر يوقف بسهولة في أي وقت.

### إيه اللي ما ينفعش

- **شراء قوائم أرقام.** أسرع طريق للحظر — الناس دي ما تعرفكش.
- **تجميع أرقام من جروبات أو مواقع.** مخالف وخطر.
- **استخدام أرقام لغرض تاني.** رقم اداهولك للشحن مش موافقة على التسويق.
- **تجاهل طلب الإيقاف.** لو قال «وقّف» ومكملتش، البلاغ جاي.

### What is opt-in?

Prior consent: the customer explicitly agreed you may message them on WhatsApp. Meta requires it before any message you initiate — and breaching it exposes your number to [restriction or a ban](https://wbots.app/blog-whatsapp-number-banned).

A customer having bought from you before does not automatically mean they consented to marketing messages. Consent must be explicit.

### Ways to collect consent

- **A checkbox at checkout.** “I’d like order updates on WhatsApp” — the clearest and easiest route.
- **A form on your site.** With a plain sentence stating what they’ll receive and how often.
- **A WhatsApp button on your site.** When the customer starts the conversation, that implies consent to a reply — but not to marketing.
- **Click-to-WhatsApp ads.** The customer opens the conversation themselves.
- **A QR code in store.** They scan it by choice.

### Valid consent must be

- **Explicit:** a positive action by the customer, not a pre-ticked box.
- **Clear:** they know what they’ll get — order updates or offers?
- **Recorded:** log when and where the consent came from.
- **Withdrawable:** they can stop easily at any time.

### What doesn’t work

- **Buying number lists.** The fastest route to a ban — those people don’t know you.
- **Scraping numbers from groups or sites.** Non-compliant and risky.
- **Repurposing numbers.** A number given for delivery isn’t consent to marketing.
- **Ignoring stop requests.** If they said stop and you continued, a report is coming.

### Honouring opt-outs

State how to stop in your marketing messages, and act immediately. In Wbots you can label a customer so campaigns never reach them.

### The legal side in Egypt
