How to request deletion of personal data processed through the Wbots platform. ### الجهة القانونية المسؤولة هذه الوثيقة صادرة عن الشركة الموضّحة بياناتها أدناه، وهي المشغّل القانوني لمنصة **Wbots** والمسؤولة عن تقديم الخدمة والتعاقد مع العملاء: - الاسم القانوني للشركة **دبليو تيكني لتكنولوجيا المعلومات** - الاسم التجاري للمنصة **Wbots — wbots.app** - الدولة **جمهورية مصر العربية** - المقر الرئيسي **6 أكتوبر — الجيزة — مصر** - فرع دمياط **دمياط الجديدة — دمياط — مصر** - البريد الإلكتروني **info@wbots.app** - الهاتف / واتساب **+20 150 759 0300** في كل ما يلي، يُقصد بكلمة «الشركة» أو «نحن» شركة دبليو تيكني لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويُقصد بكلمة «المنصة» أو «الخدمة» منصة Wbots بكل مكوّناتها، ويُقصد بكلمة «العميل» أو «أنت» الشخص أو الكيان المتعاقد على استخدام الخدمة. ### 1. من يمكنه تقديم الطلب يمكن لأي من الفئات التالية طلب حذف بياناته الشخصية: - **المستخدم النهائي** الذي تواصل مع أحد أنشطة عملائنا عبر واتساب أو إنستجرام أو ماسنجر. - **عميل المنصة** المشترك في الخدمة، لطلب حذف بيانات حسابه. - **زائر الموقع** الذي أرسل بياناته عبر نموذج تواصل. ### 2. ملاحظة مهمة عن دورنا بالنسبة لمحادثات المستخدمين النهائيين، تعمل شركة دبليو تيكني لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بصفتها **«معالجاً للبيانات»** بالنيابة عن النشاط التجاري الذي تواصلت معه، وهو **«المتحكم في البيانات»**. هذا يعني عملياً أننا ننفّذ الحذف بالتنسيق مع ذلك النشاط، وقد نحتاج إلى الرجوع إليه أولاً. وإذا كان طلبك موجّهاً في الأصل إلى النشاط نفسه، فالأسرع أن تتواصل معه مباشرةً. ### 3. كيفية تقديم الطلب أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى [info@wbots.app](mailto:info@wbots.app) بعنوان: **«طلب حذف بيانات»**، أو راسلنا على واتساب [+20 150 759 0300](https://wa.me/201507590300). ### 4. البيانات المطلوب إرفاقها لمساعدتنا على تحديد سجلّك بدقة، أرفق ما أمكن مما يلي: - اسمك الكامل أو اسم العرض المستخدم على المنصة. - رقم الهاتف أو معرّف الحساب المستخدم في التواصل. - القناة: واتساب أم إنستجرام أم ماسنجر. - اسم النشاط التجاري الذي تواصلت معه. - التاريخ التقريبي للمحادثة، إن أمكن. قد نطلب إثباتاً معقولاً لهويتك أو لملكيتك للحساب قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لبياناتك من الحذف بطلب من طرف غير مخوَّل. ### 5. ما الذي يُحذف عند الموافقة على الطلب، نحذف أو نُجهّل (Anonymize) ما يلي: - محتوى المحادثات والوسائط المرتبطة بك. - رقم هاتفك ومعرّفات حساباتك وبيانات التواصل المخزّنة. - سجلّك في قوائم جهات الاتصال والحملات. ### 6. ما الذي قد نضطر للاحتفاظ به قد نحتفظ بحد أدنى من البيانات في الحالات التالية فقط، وبالقدر الذي يوجبه القانون: - **السجلات المالية والفواتير** — لمدة 5 سنوات وفق القانون التجاري والضريبي المصري. - **سجلات أمنية** — لأغراض منع الاحتيال والتحقيق في الحوادث. - **بيانات محل نزاع قائم** — لحين الفصل فيه. في هذه الحالات تُعزل البيانات ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض تشغيلي أو تسويقي. ### 7. المدة الزمنية نؤكد استلام طلبك خلال **3 أيام عمل**، وننفّذ الحذف خلال **30 يوماً** كحد أقصى من التحقق من هويتك، وفق ما يقتضيه قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020. نخطرك كتابياً عند اكتمال التنفيذ. ### 8. حذف بيانات ميتا مباشرةً حذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا لا يحذفها تلقائياً من أنظمة ميتا (واتساب، إنستجرام، ماسنجر). لحذف بياناتك من ميتا، استخدم إعدادات الخصوصية داخل تطبيقات ميتا أو تواصل مع ميتا مباشرةً. ### 9. إذا لم تكن راضياً إذا رفضنا طلبك أو لم تقتنع بردّنا، يحق لك التقدّم بشكوى إلى **المركز المصري لحماية البيانات الشخصية** أو الجهة الرقابية المختصة في بلدك. ### 10. وسائل التواصل - البريد الإلكتروني **info@wbots.app** - واتساب **+20 150 759 0300** - الموقع **https://wbots.app** ### Legal entity This document is issued by the company identified below, which is the legal operator of the **Wbots** platform and the contracting party for all customer agreements: - Registered company name **W Techny for Information Technology** - Trading name / platform **Wbots — wbots.app** - Country **Arab Republic of Egypt** - Head office **6th of October City — Giza — Egypt** - Damietta branch **New Damietta — Damietta — Egypt** - Email **info@wbots.app** - Phone / WhatsApp **+20 150 759 0300** Throughout this document, "the Company", "we" or "us" means W Techny for Information Technology; "the Platform" or "the Service" means the Wbots platform and all its components; and "the Customer" or "you" means the person or entity contracting to use the Service. ### 1. Who can make a request Any of the following can request deletion of their personal data: - **End users** who contacted one of our customers' businesses via WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. - **Platform customers** subscribed to the Service, requesting deletion of their account data. - **Website visitors** who submitted details through a contact form. ### 2. An important note about our role For end-user conversations, W Techny for Information Technology acts as a **data processor** on behalf of the business you contacted, which is the **data controller**. In practice this means we carry out deletion in coordination with that business, and may need to consult them first. If your request is really directed at the business itself, contacting them directly is faster. ### 3. What to include To help us locate your record accurately, include as much of the following as you can: - Your full name or the display name used on the platform. - The phone number or account identifier used in the conversation. - The channel: WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. - The name of the business you contacted. - The approximate date of the conversation, if available. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity or account ownership before acting, to protect your data from deletion requested by an unauthorised party. ### 5. What gets deleted Once a request is approved, we delete or anonymise: - Conversation content and associated media relating to you. - Your phone number, account identifiers and stored contact details. - Your record in contact lists and campaign audiences. ### 6. What we may have to keep We may retain a minimum of data only in the following cases, and only to the extent the law requires: - **Financial records and invoices** — for 5 years under Egyptian commercial and tax law. - **Security logs** — for fraud prevention and incident investigation. - **Data subject to an active dispute** — until it is resolved. In these cases the data is isolated and not used for any operational or marketing purpose. ### 7. Timing We acknowledge your request within **3 business days** and complete deletion within a maximum of **30 days** of verifying your identity, as required by Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. We confirm in writing once it is done. ### 8. Deleting data held by Meta Deleting your data from our systems does not automatically delete it from Meta's systems (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger). To delete data held by Meta, use the privacy settings inside Meta's apps or contact Meta directly. ### 9. If you are not satisfied If we decline your request or you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the **Egyptian Personal Data Protection Centre** or the competent supervisory authority in your country. ### 10.
