إحنا مزوّد تقني معتمد من ميتا (Meta Tech Provider). ده معناه إن الوصول لواجهة WhatsApp Business API مباشر ورسمي — مش عن طريق أدوات وسيطة غير مرخّصة معرّضة للحظر أو تسريب البيانات.

#### تشفير أثناء النقل

كل الاتصالات بين متصفحك والمنصة مشفّرة عبر TLS. كلمات المرور مخزّنة بخوارزمية تجزئة أحادية الاتجاه — يعني حتى إحنا مش بنقدر نقراها.

#### صلاحيات لكل وكيل

كل عضو في فريقك ليه صلاحيات محددة. تقدر تتحكم مين يشوف إيه ومين يقدر يعمل إيه، وتسحب الصلاحية في أي وقت.

#### مش بنخزّن بيانات بطاقات

#### An official, certified channel

We are a certified Meta Tech Provider. That means access to the WhatsApp Business API is direct and official — not through unlicensed intermediary tools exposed to bans or data leakage.

#### Encryption in transit

All traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted over TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — meaning even we cannot read them.

#### Per-agent permissions

Every team member has defined permissions. You control who sees what and who can do what, and can revoke access at any time.

#### We don’t store card data

Payments are handled by accredited gateways. Card numbers never touch our servers.

#### Regular backups

Regular backups protect against data loss, and you can export your own data at any time.

#### Access logging

Sensitive system operations are tracked, which supports investigation if anything unexpected happens.

بنعالج البيانات وفق أحكام القانون ولائحته التنفيذية — من حيث الأساس القانوني للمعالجة، ومدد الاحتفاظ، وحقوق صاحب البيانات.

#### التفرقة بين المتحكم والمعالج

بالنسبة لبيانات عملائك، إحنا «معالج» بننفّذ تعليماتك، وإنت «المتحكم». التفرقة دي مهمة قانونيًا وموضّحة صراحةً في العقد.

#### حقوق صاحب البيانات

الاطّلاع، التصحيح، الحذف، الاعتراض، ونقل البيانات — كلها مكفولة وبنستجيب لها خلال ٣٠ يوم كحد أقصى.

#### إخطار الاختراق خلال ٧٢ ساعة

لو حصل اختراق يهدد البيانات الشخصية بشكل جوهري، بنخطرك وبنخطر الجهة المختصة خلال ٧٢ ساعة من علمنا بيه.

#### مدد احتفاظ محددة

بيانات المحادثات: طول الاشتراك + ٣٠ يوم للتصدير. السجلات المحاسبية: ٥ سنين حسب القانون التجاري. سجلات الأمان: حتى ١٢ شهر.

#### سياسات مكتوبة وواضحة

سياسة خصوصية وشروط خدمة وسياسة حذف بيانات منشورة بالكامل — مش صفحات شكلية.

#### Egyptian PDPL 151/2020

We process data under the law and its executive regulations — covering lawful basis, retention periods and data-subject rights.

#### Controller vs processor

For your customers’ data we act as processor, following your instructions; you are the controller. That distinction matters legally and is stated explicitly in the contract.

#### Data-subject rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection and portability — all supported, with responses within 30 days at most.

#### 72-hour breach notification

If a breach materially threatens personal data, we notify you and the competent authority within 72 hours of becoming aware.

#### Defined retention periods

Conversation data: subscription lifetime plus 30 days to export. Accounting records: 5 years under commercial law. Security logs: up to 12 months.

#### Written, published policies

A full privacy policy, terms of service and data deletion policy — published, not decorative.
