المستندات المقبولة في مصر
ميتا محتاجة تتأكد من حاجتين: إن الكيان القانوني موجود، وإن العنوان أو التليفون بتاعه حقيقي. المستند لازم يكون باسم الشركة بالظبط زي ما هو مكتوب في Business Manager.
- إثبات الكيان: السجل التجاري أو البطاقة الضريبية أو شهادة التأسيس.
- إثبات العنوان أو التليفون: فاتورة مرافق حديثة، أو كشف حساب بنكي، أو فاتورة تليفون أرضي — باسم الشركة ومش أقدم من ٩٠ يوم.
- نطاق إلكتروني باسم النشاط بيساعد كتير — إيميل على نطاقك أقوى بكتير من Gmail.
الخطوات
- ١ — جهّز Business Manager. اكتب الاسم القانوني الكامل والعنوان والتليفون بدقة.
- ٢ — روح Security Center واختار Start Verification.
- ٣ — ارفع المستندات بجودة عالية وواضحة، من غير قص لأي طرف.
- ٤ — أكّد التليفون بكود بيوصل مكالمة أو رسالة.
- ٥ — استنى. المراجعة عادةً من يومين لأسبوعين.
أسباب الرفض المتكرّرة
أكتر من نص حالات الرفض سببها واحد: عدم تطابق. الاسم في Business Manager «شركة النور للتجارة» والسجل مكتوب فيه «النور للتجارة والتوريدات». أي اختلاف حرف بيتحسب عدم تطابق.
- اسم مختلف بين الحساب والمستند.
- عنوان ناقص — رقم المبنى والمدينة والمحافظة لازم يكونوا كاملين.
- مستند قديم أعلى من ٩٠ يوم.
- صورة رديئة أو مقصوصة أو فيها انعكاس ضوء.
- نشاط مخالف لسياسات ميتا التجارية.
اتعمل رفض؟
الرفض مش نهائي. صحّح السبب — غالبًا الاسم — وقدّم تاني. متكرّرش نفس الطلب بنفس البيانات، لأن ده مش بيغيّر النتيجة. ولو اترفضت أكتر من مرتين، غيّر المستند نفسه لنوع تاني من القائمة المقبولة.

Documents accepted in Egypt
Meta needs to confirm two things: that the legal entity exists, and that its address or phone is real. The document must carry the company name exactly as written in Business Manager.
- Proof of entity: commercial register, tax card, or certificate of incorporation.
- Proof of address or phone: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or landline invoice — in the company name and no older than 90 days.
- A domain matching the business helps considerably — an email on your own domain is much stronger than Gmail.
The steps
- 1 — Prepare Business Manager. Enter the full legal name, address and phone precisely.
- 2 — Go to Security Center and choose Start Verification.
- 3 — Upload documents in high quality, uncropped.
- 4 — Confirm the phone with the code delivered by call or message.
- 5 — Wait. Review usually takes two days to two weeks.
Recurring rejection reasons
More than half of rejections come down to one thing: a mismatch. Business Manager says “Al Nour Trading Company” and the register says “Al Nour Trading and Supplies”. Any character difference counts as a mismatch.
- A different name between account and document.
- An incomplete address — building number, city and governorate must all be present.
- A stale document older than 90 days.
- A poor scan that is cropped or has glare.
- An activity that breaches Meta’s commerce policies.
Rejected?
Rejection is not final. Fix the cause — usually the name — and resubmit. Do not resubmit identical details, as that will not change the outcome. After two rejections, switch to a different document type from the accepted list.
