My number is already banned — can it come back?

It depends on the type of ban and its cause. Sometimes an appeal to Meta is possible. Tell us your situation and we’ll give you an honest read — without promising something that isn’t ours to give.

If I move to official, do I keep the same number?

Usually yes, provided the number is first removed from the regular or Business WhatsApp app. We help with the migration.

Will my old conversations transfer?

No. WhatsApp does not allow chat history to move from the app to the official API. Only new conversations will appear in the platform.

Is official more expensive?

There are Meta message fees that unofficial tools don’t have. But weigh that against the cost of your number being banned overnight and losing your customers — that’s the real calculation.

So official can never be banned?
