
User data deletion instructions
If you want to request deletion of data that may have been processed by Wbots in connection with Instagram or Messenger communication, you can send a deletion request using the contact details below.
1. How to submit a deletion request
Please send an email to noreply@wbots.app with the subject: Data deletion request.
2. Information to include in the request
- Your full name or the display name used on the relevant Meta platform.
- The platform used for communication, such as Instagram or Messenger.
- The approximate date of the conversation, if available.
- Any information that helps us identify the conversation or record to delete.
3. How requests are handled
After receiving a valid request, Wbots will review it and, where possible, coordinate deletion or anonymization inside the platform, subject to technical feasibility, ownership verification, legal obligations, and any retention requirements that may apply to the related business.
4. Expected processing time
We aim to review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period, and we may request additional information for verification before processing.
Note: In some cases, it may be necessary to retain certain data temporarily for security, legal requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
