العرض ده ملزم؟

لأ، ده تقدير إرشادي مش فاتورة ولا عقد. اشتراك المنصة ثابت زي ما هو منشور في صفحة الأسعار، لكن تكلفة رسائل Meta بتعتمد على عدد الرسائل اللي اتسلّمت فعلاً وعلى كارت أسعار Meta اللي بتراجعه كل ربع سنة.

Wbots بتاخد نسبة على رسوم Meta؟

لأ. تكلفة رسائل Meta بتتمرّر عليك بسعرها بالظبط بدون أي هامش، وبتدفع اشتراك Wbots منفصل حسب إعدادات حسابك.

ليه رسائل خدمة العملاء مكتوب جنبها عدد مدفوع أقل؟

لأن Meta بتدي كل رقم أعمال أول 1,000 رسالة خدمة عملاء في الشهر مجانًا، واللي بعدها بس هو اللي بيتحاسب بسعر رسائل الخدمات. الحاسبة بتطرح الألف دول من العدد اللي بتدخله.

الأسعار شاملة الضريبة؟

الأرقام الأساسية من غير ضريبة. فيه خيار في الحاسبة يضيف ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة الدولة اللي اخترتها عشان تشوف الرقم النهائي، لكن المعاملة الضريبية الفعلية بتعتمد على وضع شركتك.

Is this quote binding?

No — it is an indicative estimate, not an invoice or a contract. The platform subscription is exactly as published on our pricing page, but the Meta message cost depends on how many messages are actually delivered and on Meta’s rate card, which it revises each quarter.

Does Wbots add a markup on Meta’s fees?

No. Meta’s message cost is passed through exactly as billed, with no markup. Your Wbots subscription is billed separately based on how your account is configured.

Why does the service row show a smaller billed quantity?

Meta gives every business number its first 1,000 service messages each month free of charge; only what comes after that bills at the utility rate. The quote subtracts those 1,000 from the number you enter.

Can I change the plan after starting?

Yes. Billing is monthly, and you can add or remove channels, agents and conversations at any time without a penalty. Changes take effect from the start of the following month.

Do the figures include tax?

The base figures exclude tax. There is an option to add VAT at the selected market’s rate so you can see the final number, but the actual tax treatment depends on your company’s own situation.
